Yesterday the expo "Fieldwork - Refugee experiences in Antwerp" opened at the Red Star Line Museum. It's the result of a two-year journey of workshops, interviews, brainstorms, artistic evenings and an international conference as part of the European project Specially Unknown / Ongekend Bijzonder, in close cooperation with the branch in Amsterdam. It collected 140 life stories of refugees in Antwerp, Bochum, Paris and Turin, realized several artistic productions in these cities, based on the interviews, in co-creation with artists, and held a Delphi research on the meaning, policies and practices of cultural participation in 9 European countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and Sweden.sectetur adipiscing elit.
