The study was organized by the University of Antwerp, on behalf of the VRT.
Based on concrete recommendations of this research, the VRT has given dozens of workshops to employees, training them to deal with the representation of new Flemish people in a more conscious and sensitive way.
On the basis of the internal research report the University of Antwerp has written an academic article as well, published in the journal Media and Communication.
